yeah I probably won't end up renewing my membership, I just can't forsee any positive changes while Sheens is still there.

This is not about being anymore or less loyal a supporter. What this is about is saying as a team (Just like in the corporate world) failures must result in change. Tim Sheens must pay a price for our failure irrespective of what has occured with injuries, ref decisions etc.

Yes Ken! Way to go! Petitions work well, govt legislation has been changed under the weight of thousands of signatures petitioning certain issues. I've signed many through change.org with much success. If we can get enough names on this, the board will have to take notice. We all need to promote it everywhere, not just on this forum.
