Sadly, I can tell you as fact... Jennings is on $350k

Just checking @tiga4eva how do you know it's $350k?
Thanks mate

Former player told me. We happened to be sitting next to each other at a game this season

How would the player know exactly what he was on. I doubt players openly talk about how much each one is getting.

If I ever sit next to him again I'll ask him how he knows. Seemed genuine

You'd expect a former player would know plenty of people within the club/game.

Well - if he puts the witches hats out at training for the season - we'll get more out of him than we did in 2019.

That's what I thought. He shook his head and said to me "can't believe this joker is on $350k and Thompson is on about half that" it was the 2nd Parra game at Bankwest

So everyone you work with knows exactly what you earn. I have no idea what people in my job earn. That is typically how it works.

It's basically extremely unlikely that players just talk openly about their exact salary.

I think it's interesting how quickly people believe stuff. I mean it might be true but I wouldn't trust that source at all.

Not saying its true or not. But if he's good mates with board members or upper management then he may have some inside knowledge. Very naive to think people dont share knowledge.

I think it's extremely naive to think random ex players actually know the salary of various current players.

We all have our interests

9.1K posts and only 500 Rep, tells you all you need to know about the quality of his posts and him being taken serious around here.

Great thread, appreciate your time on that list.

Yea we didnt have a rep system the entire time.
Good logic buddy.

Curly for 2021 think you can add a couple of our developement players who are signed to move up in 2021- Madden, Cini, Bradley, Simpkin and then Hoffman in 2022

Looks to me like we have around $700k left in the 2020 cap with two spots left. Hopefully Uto is one which would leave us with around $500k+ for our last player, which I'm guessing could be made to work for AD, JAC or another quality option

Haven't popped in the Development players as yet. Do they automatically become Top 30s or is it a try before you buy type arrangement dependent on how they go? If it's the latter not sure I can pop them in as future squad members
