Sam Burgess sick of talking about Robbie Farah & WTs...

Reminds me of Adolf, during the War the poms would make "night" pots with Adolf's pic on the bottom for them to aim at. Would love to have one as a souvenir.

The ironic thing is…

Its the Farah haters that can't seem to let it go.

They were so desperate not to talk about him apparently, and they keep making threads about him 6 months after he has left.

I find it

He can't either Ed…

I wish him well at Souths, honestly I do because he's not here anymore.

I even hope he plays well on Friday and we still best them because it shows that we didn't need him, and that he's proven to be a good fit elsewhere and that it was a reasonable outcome despite the poor handling of his exit by both he and the club.

Therein lies the problem CB and Eddie, every second sports article is either about RF at Souths and how he is fitting in,Sam Burgess sick of talking about RF,how RF is going to embarrass WTs and Taylor.etc and on it goes…talk about moving on..why doesn't he(RF)...

sidenote to Eddie...I'm not a RF hater..in my previous posts I applauded the work he had done at WTs when here...wish him well at Souths...but Iam sick and tired of reading about Farah everywhere and not just the forum....

It is a media beat up which they are paid to do that works 2 ways. It helps creates interest in league and gets bums on seats and at Fox venue clubs that puts more money in the pocket of players. It is only the WT outfit that feel overdone. At least it is about the game and not about drugs or bets - but Pearce's puppy-love was a good laugh.

Boys I not no energy for arguments on RF anymore.

The ironic thing is the people that are sick of talking about him keep wanting to talk about him 6 months on.

That is the definition of irony.

Listen mate, it will be on full blast if Farah plays well next week, souths win and Farah gives JT the inverted finger - imagine JT at the presser after the game.

Along the lines of CB I respect his playing efforts for this club

Pity he never left it there either , like a player should

Real headline: 'Sam Burgess has a sook that he hasn't even cracked the social pages in 3 days'

It's called burying the lede

This after you come in and laugh at people still being obsessed with him. Now that is irony. If you truly didn't have the energy you wouldn't have made a comment in the first place.

Good, now you can empathise with how some of your arguments make others feel…I don't disagree with you though, this is a stupid argument.

The irony is Sam is sick of talking about him…. That's what we're discussing... Not surprised it's lost on you

Might generate a few more ticket sales

The NRL would be milking it for all it's worth, and so they should be, they have a product to sell. Wouldn't be surprised to hear that they're sending the media Robbie's way.

It is hillarious indeed.
All those clowns above sound like spurned lovers everytime they pile on at the first opportunity….even though "theyre sick of talking about him" :roll

Don't be silly. The discontent amongst the rabbits supporters isn't positive for Robbie either. They all want Cook to start and they think it won't take long until he is the starter and Robbie is the 2nd string 9.
It's media hype.. Grudge matches sell tickets no matter what sport it is. That's the angle the NRL are going with no matter how pathetic the one sided grudge is.
