All the keyboard warriors who have been giving this guy a hard time for his games this season please post your comments here. Yet again he showed how good he is today with a powerful display against the comp's best pack. I was disappointed with Sue last year, but he has been very good this year and that should be recognised. This guy has the potential to be one of the best backrowers in the comp; that is probably going to happen in years to come, but I see big upside still this year.

You think he could be best in the comp? I don't.

He could get to the FPN level though sure.

He'll have good games and bad games. Not everyone is a dead set superstar.

He's been our weakest backrower to start off so far. He was a little better today, but he's proof that we need some kind of depth in that area.

That's a C-town boy i'm talking about Simon

12\. Sue - 119 metres in attack, 44 tackles, 3 offloads

From the stats thread…Only bloke not to miss a tackle or make an error....most offloads as well,,,if we had 16 more off him today we win

He did very well today. Could be wrong but I don't think he has missed a tackle so far this year. Ran over 100m last week & today. Also starting to get a few offloads away. He is progressing well

I thought Siro was also very strong today too before he went off injured. Can't fault the pack at all really.

If we minimize our errors/penalties & our young halves starting playing what they see we'll be very competitive.

He has been running strongly. My issue is that he is virtually playing as a middle third player despite being parked on the right edge. He isn't really giving us an attacking option by running tight lines, sucking defenders in for the outside backs or being a passer himself.

I have always been a big fan of Sue, he just seems better suited in the middle.

He was great today. I thought at the start of they year and after the first game that he was going to be our weakest link.

I hope he keeps proving me wrong.

Very strong today. We were power over them but our backs could not capitalise.

Thats how i saw it…..I thought we were killing them but out last tackle options were shitr and Reynolds were bang on!

Very solid game yesterday and his defence is rock solid. I would be inclined to shift him back to the middle and put Taupau on the bench for impact when Galloway and Woods are off.

Yes whilst the big 3 set the foundation when they are on together, the standard drops when the bench rotation begins, there needs to be some balance unless we have better options in reserves for the bench.

His work rate is terrific at the moment and is going ok.
My issue is that when he runs the ball, he is getting dominated too often and rarely gets us on the front foot.
In defence he doesnt make too many dominate tackles eithers.
He did get away a terrific offload which led to an attacking raid.

Im not saying he is going poorly, he is clearly going ok, but I think that there is still loads for him to work on.

Really, when a guy runs for 120m , makes 44 tackles without missing one and gets off a few offloads yet still has improvement left in him, that's an exciting prospect!!
