I hate Sunday game, have to wait around all weekend to see them play. Have it on a Friday night and get it over and done with I say, I don't wanna see every other team play before us every single week

Friday night game = Ruin rest of the weekend
Sunday arvo game = Ruin the new week ahead

Maybe, but I don't think the Bronc's are rising after a win? We played the top 3 teams in the comp and got belted (did anyone expect any different?).

The Bronc's have also had the same amount of time and have been found wanting?

Yes likewise, however they won a fortnight ago, plus recently coming off a bye (refreshed & regrouped i imagine) and are not affected by any travel etc

I'm buoyed by the optimism of the debutants. In saying that I have been too often disappointed this year. The Broncos are rightfully favourites. Hope all the players have a real dig. If they do we can win.

That has a downside. You still remember Madge promising ramifications for another inept performance when the same team is announced Tuesday.

I'm sitting here watching the Storm put 24 on Newcastle before half time - sorry as I write this the Storm scored again to make it 30-0. We really do have an unfair salary cap situation. As Kent said if you put the Storm on the open market they would be worth 11 mill, and I think it was the Dogs who would be worth 6 mil. I think he termed it 'false' salary cap? My point is we are playing one of the teams in the same boat as us, salary cap wise, so it should at least be a fair contest.

I doubt if the AD contribution would worry many sides.

Fair enough, after all it's mere speculation, but he's done it before and can do it again. Especially against a mentally weak opposition like the Bonco's. Once they start missing tackles their defence gets disorganised, sloppy, lazy and then they concede points. Then more points. Then their heads drop and their night is over. Plus I had the feeling after the first few games that AD will lead this team and although he's still growing into it, his aura and sphere of influence will grow amongst the playing group.

I think that is us not them.. Broncos will finishing higher than us next year unless our recruitment team get lucky.
