Scoring at the death, and other milestones

Today was the first game that I can remember, that we scored on both the half time and full time buzzer. It was also Sheens' 300th win, and the first time we kept a team scoreless in a half this year. Any other milestones?

Yeah I spent a whole afternoon drinking VB - the worlds very worst beer - and lived to tell the tale.

Seriously though, scoring at the death before half time had a lot to do with the win today. Raiders panicked afterwards. The one on the bell was pretty cool as well…I'm surprised no-one has mentioned how well Beau did to get the ball down after being absolutley poleaxed on the line lol.

Beau seems to be more indestructible and flexible then Gumby. I was surprised he got straight up afterwards.

I seem to remember 9 nil against Parra last week at half time…..and Manly scoring 2 in the second half after they last scored in the 25th minute of the first half...maybe wrong....

Is it the first time a Wests Tigers player has attempted a penalty goal from halfway? I can't recall any other occasions, maybe Luke Covell when he played at the Tigers?

Thought we did it or close to it in the ill fated journey up the F3 for the final round of 2004
