As always if you surround yourself with "yes men/women" you have a monumental stuff up because people are either too scared to tell you the truth or as deluded as you are.You only have to look at the shambles of a government in the USA to realise that.

I would like to think Marshall has mates around him because he trusts them to give him feedback required rather than because they are yes men.
The personalities of Morris, Hodgson and Heighington don't strike me as yes men. Near as unqualified for their positions as Marshall is his (except Morris) but not yes men.

Not one player has improved this past year except Twal so coaching is not good, compare that to Parra and titans players for example

He must know next year is going to be the same old battle for the spoon. We are so far off the pace it’s not funny and no coach is going to change that unless he can move on about 15 players and recruit 15 quality players. Guess what..it’s not going to happen

We should've been targeted hard working players that drive standards. Guys, who in the past, were Dale Finucane, Josh Jackson and Cronk. Hard trainers.
