Seating Allocations for 2011

Anyone else got their seats for next year?

I just checked the members website and it looks like that even though I am a Gold Member they have allocated me silver level seating for 2011 at Leichardt only.

For other members is this normal or expected? I understand that those seats are limited however surly they wouldn't continue to sell Gold Memberships if they have run out of gold seats?

Have sent an email off to the membership team but wanted to hear if anyone else here had seen something similar.

I think they alter where the different levels of seating are depending on the number of members sign up for each type of membership, so if more gold members signed up for 2001 then they increase the seating area for gold members to take in parts of the silver section (which then become an extension of the gold section). This is a problem at Leichhardt only as far as I know because of the limited grandstand seating.

Bays 7-11 in front of the grandstand at Leichhardt are now classified as "gold" as well as 2 bays in front

of the grandstand at Campbelltown.

It is a very good sign that this has happened if it is dictated by Gold memberships sold.

I loved those seats at Leichhardt when I was a Silver member. If I knew it was an option I would ask to be changed down there with Gold membership

Yeah not complaining about the seats just thoguht It strange at first without any other communication that those seats were now gold.
