Thursday, September 03, 2009
Wests Tigers invite members and supporters to send a special thank you message to centre Dean Collis.

Collis will play his last game for the Wests Tigers when he takes to the field against the Bulldogs at the Sydney Football Stadium on Friday night.

Collis has signed with the Cronulla Sharks from 2010 onwards.

The 23-year-old has been a fine player for the Wests Tigers since making his first grade debut against North Queensland Cowboys at Campbelltown Sports Stadium in round 25 of the 2003 season.
>
A Western Suburbs junior, Collis has played 79 games for Wests Tigers, scored 24 tries and kicked 15 goals for 126 points.
>
Collis was part of the squad that won the 2005 premiership.

I took a dig at Dean but please, this is terrible, delete this thread, its painful to see.

Dean, unfortunately your time at wests-tigers was hampered alot by injury.
as a result we were not able to see you reach your full potential.
good luck at the sharks.

Good luck at the Sharks Dean.
You're only young and still have a long career left, so things could turn around injury wise.

Dean, thanks for the good times in the Wests Magpies/Tigers and best of luck in your footy life at the sharkies, but go easy on us twice a year, OK??
