In what's been a diabolical season these two have stood out.

I was seriously starting to wonder if they were gonna make it but they have.

Pole has got rid of that stupid error or two per game that killed him and i would say he is a gun and our best prop. Really damaging runs and fast play the balls that get us moving.

And Seybarge is just all effort. Never stops and can run a good line and pull off a top hit. He has also gotten rid of that error that dogged his game.

Thumbs up to these two lads well done I say!!

These 2 are not our problem, they both at least try and hit top speed quickly when running the ball and are starting show sone improved physicality when defending.

I don't think they are that good.. but they play a faster speed to the rest that the opposition doesn't expect it.. But definitely they've been a highlight for close to 2 months now. Happy for them.

Pole's defence is still very questionable. He is not a rock in the middle like we need. Doesnt hit and stick very well at all. His go forward has been great. I have always said he has the talent, but we need to put a lot of work into him defensively.

Pole has been at his damaging best as a ball runner the past month. Still a very poor defender.
Seyfarth cops a lot of unjustified criticism. His ball running is below the NRL average but definitely at least up to NRL standard. He has a nice pass at the line that I'd like to see utilised more with others running up with him (this will help his own metreage as well). Defence is very good. He always presents a jersey. Still has the odd error and discipline issue but not as bad as he once was.

I'll say one more thing about Alex, when he stuffs up he is genuinely pissed off with himself which is more than can be said for so many of the others that laugh it off and think that a high 5 is enough to fix the situation.

I've already made comments about Pole looking like he's fixed up some of the stupid errors he's had in his game up until a few weeks ago.

Hope he continues on that path and works hard on his defensive issues.

Verdict: Both are keepers despite what some others may say.
