Some suggestion it may be an ACL. Gutted for him.

Aloiai deserves the next 6 weeks off. If the tackle was on Mitchell or Tedesco the media would be a lynch mob.

Ref showed no balls at all. Send him to the bin and we get to use the 18th man. The current rules around the activation of the 18th man are a joke. If the foul play is enough to warrant being put on report, the 18th man should be allowed into the game if the victim is ruled out.

It killed our ability to remain in the dogfight with Garner going off as well . We then only had 1 forward to rotate for 50 minutes .
As soon as fatigue was introduced late in the half and repeat sets , we were done .
The fact it was foul play , makes it infinitely worse .

The defensive problems are always connected to the guts collapsing and then our RHS defence lacking mobility ......

Your making excuses ....we would have folded anyway

But you would hope Aloiai gets 3-4 weeks

Yea definitely , it always starts from the middle out . I dunno man , if we draw within 8 , then people tighten up , start double checking the pass you would normally push etc .
Not to mention just how badly the nrl is susceptible to momentum. It’s disgusting really if I’m honest . Referee decisions shouldn’t outcome games the way they do right now .
On a side note , if it comes out in 10 years that we have Dougherty NBA thing , I would be not surprised at all. The game is completely open to match fixing by referees in a way that’s never been before .
I hate it , and don’t watch any game that’s not the tigers . Which I wouldn’t have said as recently as the start of the year. It’s unwatchable as an u7s game with someone else’s kids playing .

He got 1 week....

Well as I keep saying the simple solution is this ....

You want to get the NRL attention .....the teams who think they are getting the rough end of the pineapple refuse to play ...and i don't mean forfeit .....team shows up and refuses to do anything ...kick off ...tackle ....return the one kick off they will get ...or when you get a shocking call or a series of bad calls ....you walk off

NRL can't ignore that ...can they

We are doing all that nearly. Except we keep kicking off. Definitely refuse to tackle and we don't really run the ball back.

Aren't we all invited to play in NRL, every year? Not sure you would get too many invitations with the Moses technique?🙂

Is it a coincidence that both Moses' use that technique?
It must be that name.

I reckon it would be more fun seeing us do six again on six again until the ref starts binning and play out the game in that fashion until the ref bins too many players and forces a early end to the game!

I reckon it would be a massive mistake not to give him another contract. He'd be one of the first picked if fit every week for me.

One thing I can’t stand,I don’t want our boys to play like some division 3 rural rough as team, but we never fire up! One of our boys cops a blatant dog shot and it’s like nothing happened.
Feel for the kid big time.can tell he loves this club.

Playing sticky hands and push, push achieves nothing. The fear of an automatic suspension for whacking someone on the nose has taken the game down a crappy path. Dog shots like Aloiais on Seyfarth deserve a beating. And generally speaking, I'd consider myself a pacifist. There are times I wish our blokes would just let go and start swinging. I don't care if they all get suspended. Aloiai deserved to cop it. And to be honest, I think most fans of the game would support it. I reckon Madge would too.

if they went in on Aloai would have been marched as well. But he can throw, so probably not the guy to punch on with hahah

Thats my point. They should go in. He wouldn't expect it and he'd cop a few. Ok, we get suspensions, but big deal. We need to make a stand at some point. They'd get support from most fans I believe.

Hope seyfarth gets another contract and comes back next year and smashes Josh a can't spell his last name but would be good to see

We've got guys like Musgrove, Joe O etc who are probably in front of him and signed. He's a great asset to the squad but even if he was to get a contract, it would now be heavily reduced. This low cheap shot from Aloiai would hurt a lot less if it didn't impact his career that much.

At least it's not an ACL, and given the lack of signings, I'd definitely be re-signing him for next season, he improved this season and I see no reason why he won't improve further next season.

I doubt it would impact it much. It’s an MCL & he should be ok for a full preseason at worst.

He is a squad player not an NRL starter.

Just had the misfortune of sitting through Graeme Annaleys weekly dribble on incidents that came out of the weekend waffled on about the high hit by Flegler and how they take the result of injury coming out of the hit not a single mention by Annaley or the press guys about Seyfarth season ending injury and the one week week suspension mower boy got its not good enough.Until the NRL take these incidents seriously the longer they will go on.
