Two assistants been thrown under a bus. Mmm. Madge has a plan.

Wait a second. When you proclaim that the club has neutered Madge by changing HIS assistants outside of his wishes that it is a sign that control is being taken away from him but yet when the actual sacking of the Assistants comes about your stating that it was Madge’s doing? Come on!

The whole coaching staff should have been punted. Saying the coach is fine but his assistants (that he hired) are not is a cop out. They needed a scapegoat so they used the assistant coaches. It’s a weak club.

Maybe the assistants tried to undermine the coach ?

What choice has the club got though? They put themselves in this position by retaining Madge, so by default it meant his Assistants were always going to be punted given the performances were not "up to standard". It's a shame we couldn't flick a few more players aside from Mbye, but that's the way the game works.

Lets face it Madge leaving or staying the assistants would've gone anyway.

Be interesting who Madge gets over the next few weeks, pre season starts soon and they need to be onboard. Gonna be a fun off season by the looks of it.

I can’t remember whether he was or holding a walkie so I’ll take your word for it. The whole scene was awkward it seemed as though Madge was talking to the bench but yet he was speaking through an extra party. Think he got hold of the walkie pretty soon after that.
