Shane Richardson

I would have you know that those CRETINS were smart enough to buy cheap debentures in a closed shop so they could have lots of freebies and absolute power without being held to account and also run a football club into the ground.
They could give Dementia Don a run for his money in incompetence.
Those cretins run a business and make a profit whereas Dementia Don or Captain Bonespur or the Orange Orangutan has bankrupted numerous business and is now happily bankrupting the USA. No comparison.

My biggest issue with Shaun at the helm is his lack of rugby league knowledge & skill. Player managers is a beast in itself. Business, commercial and supporters wise he has it. Who he surrounds himself with over the coming months to replace his old role will be key for him. There is alot to like with Shaun as CEO.
Not many people know this, but Isaac Moses also represents a lot of soccer players. Shaun would have dealt with him for years in his role as Mariners CEO. He also clearly has a good relationship with Tartak (extended Sione and also managed to offload Bird).

Like others have said, we need an experienced GM of football. Shaun isn't going to be able to do what Richo did by doing 3 jobs at once, and that's fine. I think some separation between the different roles is a good thing, and the way Richo was doing it was a bit old fashioned (like how at big soccer clubs the Ferguson/Wenger style of manager is dead).

Debatable.

Bula hasnt re-signed.
May contract extension talks stalled.
Luai no longer removing his clauses.
We dont have a full-time ceo.
We dont have a GM of football.

Not quite what id define smooth sailing.
I’ve clearly explained the reason why Bula has not yet re-signed. A top quality board or ownership is not going to make he or his manager Isaac accept less than what they are looking for.
Similar with Terrell, if we upgrade him and offer the money he is looking for, he will not be looking anywhere else. A bit of negotiation is required to reach a fair and reasonable price.
Luai is the captain of the ship, he would only be doing himself a disservice if he looks elsewhere. Come season 2028 would he still be our best 5/8 option ?
Surely common sense will prevail and we soon lock Shaun Mielekamp in as our permanent CEO.
Wouldn’t our CEO be in charge of employing a GM of football ?
I’m not sure if he has the all round knowledge to do this type of role, but Tim Grant is very impressive as a man manager, I would hope he is given a role important enough to keep him with us long term.

If you want to get long winded about it ...
What is it with you, are you only interested in the Wests teams in the minor grades and couldn't care less about the 1st grade team Wests Tigers, you continually refer to them as Wests T's, is it beneath you to say it, do you even watch 1st grade go around.

You should stop drinking the lagoon water you'll end up like who you worship.

Your explanation ignores the fact Bula was ready to sign the contract before prior to the events of december 1. Asking for more money was a result of what happened. You can keep putting your head in the sand if you want.

I asked you this previously and never received a response.. where has Terrell stated he wants big money? What was the figure?

No matter how you look at it, the club would be better off with the clauses removed. Also if it werent for richo and his contract negotiations, theres a big chance luai would have never landed in Tiger town (no matter how much you try and credit benji for everything). So we are not in a better position today vs if he had removed the clauses.

Surely common sense will prevail and we soon lock Shaun Mielekamp in as our permanent CEO.

Common sense and this football club? 🤣🤣🤣

Richo himself openly stated that the reason Onitoni Large departed was because he wanted a get out clause if Galvin’s-signed with us.
Richo refused to allow the get out clause than 2 months later the Galvin sage blew up and he also departed.
If Onitoni Large was still at the club he would currently be the front runner to be our NRL fullback if Bula decides to leave.
It was a no brainer that we had no strike power in the centres and Taylan was always going to be a player we needed.
Starford was showing signs of playing very ordinarily and injured long before August.
Richo should have stuck to the finance area and let the experts handle recruitment and retention.
Richo should have stuck to Finance, except where he could bring in Ingles and build relationships with players.

Honestly when you have Terrell May indicate that Richo made a difference as he has now. I think it says something. Naturally Shaun M will pick up on that.

Speaking of wonderful insights, I think your mates at wests tigers tv need to pull their heads in a bit.

If they want to comment like this, i personally think they should do it with their own profiles, not under anything associating itself with wests tigers.

Its unprofessional to associate a brand with this sort of response, not a good look imo.
Thanks mate, I'll follow up

Unlike some I have no hangups about calling them Wests, Wests Tigers, or Tigers, and or how much orange black or white features on the jersey. Not sure that's the case with all Wests Tigers supporters - is it? 🤔
Wests, Wests Tigers, tigers, chokers, idiots, bunch of arm grabbing losers. We have many names on match day.
