Sharks win bad for Tigers?

After consulting the table, we are 4 points from the top 4 (Manly on 30). It's impossible to make the 4 now as we need Manly to win a couple games. The sharks are sitting on 29\. They're next two games are storm and Manly meaning they have a chance of losing both finishing on 29\. And we could finish on 30 winning our next two. So the danger lies within us beating storm and sharks winning at least 1.
If that happens we are 8 unless we can leapfrog Broncos who are equal but have a PD of 29 I think. They have Manly and Penrith, I think they will beat Penrith but lose to Manly. So we could both finish on 28, relying on PD (us to smash roosters, broncos to get smashed by manly) we can jump them.
Then the other danger is Raiders who are currently on 26 with us. They have Bulldogs and Nz. I think the same scenario they will finish on 28 (losing to dogs, beating Nz). They are -39 so they have a bit of work to do to jump us leaving us out of the 8\. But I think dogs may just crack next week against a desperate raiders.
So we are relying on a couple good wins from us and other teams to perform.
If sharks had of lost and stayed on 27 I think they could easily finish on 27 and we could make it to the 8 definitely with a win next week. So have the Sharks thrown a spanner in the works for us from beating Rabbits?

If the Bulldogs do us a favour and beat the Raiders, I think the Tigers just need to win against the Roosters to hold 8th. That won't be an easy thing to do but if we can't win that one we shouldn't be in the semis anyway. Importantly we only lost by one and Raiders won by just 4\. It leaves a big gap between us in for and against. On the Skarks win - If the Sharks were to run 5th and we finish 8th, wouldn't that mean a semi final between the two that would have to be played at the SFS?

Yeah its not good , but Brisbane beating Manly next week will be far worse

I'm banking on Brisbane's terrible form to see Manly grind that one out.
