Can't believe our coach didn't pick Lawrence and Farah for the final. If I was Lawrence and Farah I would be dirty especially Lawrence as he is a far better player than Tonga. Sheens should have some explaining to do in the off season.

Robbie needs to cement himself as a Rep player first buy playing a few games of Origin well/He was lucky to be in the top squad this year IMO. The Tim Sheens factor helped here for sure.

Chris - If fit willbe in the Blues in 2011 and there will be no keeping him out of the Roos for many years to come.

While I would have also picked Rowdy ahead of Tonga - Sheens can justify it to Chris very easily by showing him the tape of Benji ripping he and Lote apart in the last 15 minutes of saturday's game!

Or show him his misses on Bronson in the semi v. Canberra (noting that Bronson is back for the final)!!!

As much as I am really disappointed that Robbie and Chris were not chosen to go around in the final, after their solid performances on the weekend, I have to agree with this comment 100%

I'm very disappointed for Robbie and especially Chris. Tonga didn't even deserve a place in the squad and he hasn't played well in the two games he's been in so far in the 4 nations. Lote won't see the ball.

Half the side has been selected on the basis of 2008 form. Looks to me like Sheens is trying to avoid allegations that he is favouring Tigers players.

Well that's it, then. Black and white jumpers, and Benji captain and 5/8 - Go NZ!
