I don't know about that. I think sheens has an obligation to mitigate his loss for claiming damages. Knocking back a job offered by the tigers (in another role) and sitting on the couch doing nothing for a year will not be seen as mitigating his loss. Don't think he will get full contract price.

But his contract was for the Head Coaching job though wasn't it? Don't think he can be forced to be the janitor or Gatorade stirrer? May be wrong but he is entitled to a full pay-out unfortunately.

im no lawyer, but if it was that simple it would be all over red rover. Pretty sure he'd have a SC who knows what they were doing.
