Sheens still contracted to WT?

I note that Sheenius failed to get the coaching gig at Parramatta with the board labeling the interview with Sheenius as boring!..hahaha that would do wonders for his ego….If Sheenius can't get a gig at lowly Parramatta then I'd say his NRL coaching days are over!.

Does anyone know if he is still looking forward to getting $450k from us next year as well?

Boy did we stuff us with Sheenius...a good move to get rid of him, a bad move to sign him up for 3 years in 2011.

What's done is done.

We have a new coach with new CEO. It was both out of their control. They can only play with the cards they are dealt. So far our hand looks pretty good.

Not in any way Iam I a Sheens fans, but if fact someone at Parra has leaked what they thought of his interview or anyone else who interviewed for the job, than its down right bottom shelve in professionalism. No wonder the clubs a basket case at present.Although lets take it with a grain of salt,if it has come from the tele crap

Parra are even worse than Wests Tigers in that regard.

Far worst and its being going on for years.Too bad so sad!

hmm if we had still kept paying him- maybe we should've given him the team for the couple of weeks before 9s competition

If being boring during an interview is a reason not to employ a coach with experience turning hopeless clubs around then nobody has any hope at getting a job ever.

If that is why Parramatta didn't hire Sheens then they should fold.

Maybe Tim wasn't prepared to fight with them hence they found it boring.

Being Parramatta coach is a poison chalice if you ask me.

Yeh our ceo said we stopped paying him and its heading to the courts to resolve the issue.

Can't see how WT are going to get away with paying Sheens anything less than his full contract TBH. Going to court will just waste even more of our money on a hopeless cause.

I don't know about that. I think sheens has an obligation to mitigate his loss for claiming damages. Knocking back a job offered by the tigers (in another role) and sitting on the couch doing nothing for a year will not be seen as mitigating his loss. Don't think he will get full contract price.

Maybe by boring they meant, had no good ideas.

Lawyers at ten paces - a deal will be struck before the court proceedings begin. Neither side wants the uncertainty of a third party (judge) determining the outcome because the judge could always come up with something that suits neither party.
