@Goose said:People that are Lui fans seem to feel they have been vindicated over the first 2 rounds and they are clearly right that he is the number choice. People have been talking about how great he has played.
I think he has improved, and has run the ball strongly, but i think he is still a mile away from being an excellent half.
The canterbury game, everyone is unanimous that our kicking was poor and we were disorganised, as half back Lui is responsible for some of that. He also came up with 2 crucial errors, one sent us from being right on the attack to a try to the bulldogs, the other a turnover just after we got back within in 4 with 5 mins left, that indirectly led to a bulldogs try. Altho he ran strongly and made a line break. Overall i think it is a pass mark at very best (in fact i think it was below standard)
Against the warriors he was better than average, but by no means outstanding. He has loads of potential, but he has done nothing to sway my opinon that Moltz is the better option.
Im a moltz fan, but based purely on what I ahve seen, I dont know him or anything, I just really like him as a footballer. I also rated Lui in the 20's, but dont feel he has made the transition as well as others. I reckon if Moltz was playing 20's in 09 he would have looked like a genius as well, but he was playing FG
I hope Lui continues to improve and perform, but Im along way from saying Lui is awesome and all you guys are right he so much better than Moltzen, cause as far as I concerned it is just not true

On individual Talent as a 7, Lui leaves Moltzen for dead...
