The NSW Health Minister says he has been the victim of a fraudulent COVID-19 test report and says those responsible for the "moronic" act will be punished.

Brad Hazzard said he received a notification from NSW Health that someone had registered a positive rapid antigen test (RAT) under his name.
Mr Hazzard said whoever had made a fake report with his details was "juvenile" and "extremely irresponsible".
"It is juvenile, it is **moronic**

But Mr Hazzard should not be surprised at all that this has happened, it sure was obvious that this new RA test reporting system was going to be open for abuse.

Yes Mr Hazzard if your fake reporting system was not moronic too, then those people would not have appeared as moronics.

It's not his system
It's Vic Dominellos
But carry on

Heard about this, this morning.
Issuing fines for anyone trying the same type of game.

??

It's really frustrating when you see that it's the govt. showing incompetency but then try to shift the blame on to the public by punishing them with thousands of dollars, and they ignore the fact that the reporting system appeared as fake from the moment it was Announced.

Pretty dumb having a reporting system that allows you report anonymously as a guest.

What did they think was going to happen?

Just another dumb decision that was not thought through.

Everything as normal in my local woollies and aldi here in Perth. Not a singe sheet of toilet paper though of course.
It blows my mind.

The shopfront retailers are right to be concerned about online retailers, but their concern should be focussed on operational procedures. It’s ok to use covid as an excuse but it doesn’t explain how Woolworths and Coles struggle to plan for a foreseeable covid impact on stock availability.
Knowing they would run out of toilet rolls, I placed an order with Amazon, free delivery and half the price.

Woolies and Coles have followed the lead of the Morrison Govt with vaccines and rapid antigen tests.
