Should we turn up tonight ?

Do you think we should turn up to Concord tonight.
1\. It tells the board don't go back now
2\. The media will make more noise for us
3\. Sheens could toss his job
4\. It shows the board the fans are behind them
5\. We are passionate

Do you think it is worth it? I personally think, if we don't show at times like these, we shouldn't be to critical of the board if they make the wrong decision. Please tell us what you think.

Nothing wrong with what you are suggesting however make sure you have placards stating Tim must go but nothing abusive

My,
SAVE TIM: SAVE CASH
placard will be plastered all over your TV screens tonight.
Take note of the good looking fella hanging on to the pointy end.
I might even wear a clean shirt for the occasion.

Best of luck in the future Sheensy … You deserved better

I think it would be highly disrespectful and ungrateful to rock up with signs of sheens must go etc, he has done far more good for the club and despite what many think, he loves wests tigers..
I also believe we need a new coach and want Matt parish, but I think it must be positive towards sheens tonight, he's going to be sacked, just let the club worry about that and we should wish him the best

People forget 05 pretty quick, sheens has lost his touch but he still got us to 4th last season. Take it easy on the bloke he didn't kill anyone

Small groups with placards generally come across as a bunch of gomeresque hicks on TV from my experience

Sheens deserves some respect guys

Let him have some humility (I must be getting soft in my old age )

Tim resign or stand aside , and go out with some dignity

That's what everyone on here and in the media are saying Happy. He's performed badly, lost the support of the board, players, sponsors and fans, yet he wont stand by his word and walk away, he's digging his heels in to get the best pay out or stay for the remainder of his contract. If he wanted to maintain some dignity he should've said in the Storm post match press conference that he was stepping down, then he wouldn't have had to go through all this crap and dragging his name through the dirt. He had the chance to step down, but he's been stubborn as usual. Only has himself to blame.

People forget 2005 because its nearly a decade ago!

And people who say that turn around and say Stuart is a hack, forgetting he lead the Roosters to 3 consecutive GF's winning one of them, which was just before 05.

I think you will find that he still has the support of some players , some of the board and some sponsors and that is why he is hanging in there

Maybe the Warriors deal has come through , I don't know but if it was me I would be fighting for every cent I could get at his age so I don't blame him for doing that

Exactly. He only has the support of SOME players/sponsors/board members etc. Can you imagine walking into work every day knowing half the people there don't want you? Talk about the elephant in the room. For a head coach to be effective, they need FULL support of all stakeholders.

Mate I'm a boss

Most of the staff don't want me there most days and I pay their wages

Haha. Me too, especially on Mon mornings after a loss.

I wouldn't bother.
Sheens is gone.
It's such a shame that someone who turned this club around and won so much respect and admiration for this work has to fall out this way. It's kinda like John Howard refusing to go. If he had jumped 6 months earlier he could have finished on a high and left his party in an even stronger position.

Sheens took a gamble with Season 2012\. He could have left last year on a big high but he saw good odds. Sadly the cards came out bad and he'll be remembered for being pushed out.

I hope everyone gets behind the new coach and we get this club back on track, starting tomorrow morning!
