Back on topic , currently watching Josh King play ISC for the Knights

He still goes hard , might be worth a small investment

What about the 11 for Newtown Sharks…he's massive...

We need competition for spots. You look back at those years we ran Top 4 and look at the type of player that was coming in to replace injured or out of form players. Guys like Mitch Brown, Matt Utai, Junior Moors etc. Not topliners but decent standard players

Okay can someone please tell me: is Matulino actually good?
I've watched the warriors and he has never stood out to me…

Other two - especially Cleary - I'm excited about.

He's not bad. Pretty dependable. I was looking up his stats the other day. Averages about 120m per game, 30 tackles, not too many misses, the odd offload.

I seem to remember his form being pretty up and down at times. I think his form was being questioned last year.

Also, I think it was 2 years ago I watched the Warriors play the Dragons and he started shoulder charging the opposition when they were losing, instead of tackling.

Played most of last year with a knee injury is my understanding because the club needed him. So at full fitness the year before his fugres were great

Wonder if Matulino is seen as an addition to our pack or a possible replacement for Woods?

An addition I would hope. Despite what many on here seem to think, I reckon we would regret losing Woods. Just get the guy some decent support in the pack!

Thanks @tigerap Mate i love these little tidbits. Dont worry about all the blokes on hear that call people out, we appreciate the information even if it doesnt come to light.

My biggest issue here is people get shot down for offering information. Quite often you hear something and it then changes as nothing is concrete and you get all the keyboard warriors blasting you.

I for one am thankful when people pass on possible inside info.

You appreciate info even if it doesnt come to light? So you love unsubstantiated gossip that could be made up by the poster in attempt to seem important on a forum….Are you a womans day or womans weekly reader? 😕

Those stats dont tell the full story. Ben is one of the game's premier hitmen. When on form he intimidates rival packs. This aids the other forwards in defending as ball runners are wary of aiming towards him making them easier targets. He carries the ball strongly as well.

We really need an intimidating forward, hope he is the guy we need.

Should be good..
But I didn't feel super watching Marty playing for Manly last night.
We had all this.
Now we have to buy it back.

And at the heart of this are the broses combination who should be offered 700k as a pair.

For them we let go,
Marty
Austin
Jac.
Farah for a combination of money and a supposedly the broses combination being stifled by our origin hooker.

Hopefully Cleary can end this nonsense.

Enough.

Thanks hodgo…. remember TigerTorch from 2016..? He was a reliable insider who gave fans on here some inside information on the goings on in the club... yes he got something's wrong, for whatever reason he was lambasted on here and has never returned

I have a suspicion there is a different reason TigerTorch never returned.

You can add Siro to that list, our coach couldn't get him right, he is playing really well at Manly, has played nearly every minute this year as well.

Im hopeful but Ill believe it when I see it. When I first read the Matulino rumour, I actually suspected it was raised to put pressure on Woods. So I didnt put much faith in it. Hearing it was read as gospel on 2SM gives me zero confidence. But still hopeful.

Would love Cleary, Matulino, McQueen ( and Kane Evans)

Was the Warriors player of the year in 2012 and was second to Woods for Dally M prop of the year 2015.
He's s perfect complement to Woods plays good minutes and will run for 150m per game. A lot stronger than Woods and more aggressive perfect complement to Woods. The question is whether he is fit and not receding.

It has got me completely stuffed why we are paying any of Siro salary. Manly wanted him and wanted him badly, Pasco should have said to Manly you want him you pay ALL his salary or he stays here Stiff.
Instead you bow to these clubs all the time, yes I know we wanted to get rid of him but not as bad as Manly wanted him.
Harden up Pascoe.
