Been reported plenty of times, somewhere in the region of $200k or more this year, Farah and Siro combined for 1 million this year.

@ said:@ said:@ said:@ said:Those stats dont tell the full story. Ben is one of the game's premier hitmen. When on form he intimidates rival packs. This aids the other forwards in defending as ball runners are wary of aiming towards him making them easier targets. He carries the ball strongly as well.
We really need an intimidating forward, hope he is the guy we need.
Should be good..
But I didn't feel super watching Marty playing for Manly last night.
We had all this.
Now we have to buy it back.
And at the heart of this are the broses combination who should be offered 700k as a pair.
For them we let go,
Marty
Austin
Jac.
Farah for a combination of money and a supposedly the broses combination being stifled by our origin an hooker.
Hopefully Cleary can end this nonsense.
Enough.
You can add Siro to that list, our coach couldn't get him right, he is playing really well at Manly, has played nearly every minute this year as well.

Think you mean coaches. 3 of them in fact.

I don't necessarily agree with that. He was pretty good starting off with Sheens and then was ok under Potter too. Taylor clearly never liked him very much so had him in reserves last year whilst persisting with dead weight like Lovett and Lawrence. Manly came after Sironen pretty hard and he's been great for them all year. If they could see the potential there why couldn't Taylor and Co? And he's only 23 so he has a bright future ahead.
We shouldn't have let him go.

He was average from his very first game imo. Never got the hype around him, seemed to be living off his surname. Not sure what more the club or Taylor were supposed to do with him.

Don't see what he's done that's so special. Besides, you can write a never ending list of players who have gone to new clubs and gotten a new lease of life and looked like a different player. That's the game. No fault of their old club, sometimes players need a change of scenery to click. He had too much expectation here.
Evidently the scouting department at Manly didn't agree with you, and it appears they were right.

Compare his performances to our existing 2nd rowers. We have the worst 2nd row in the competition.

So does Matthew Lodge!, how good would our pack be with a coach who could manage both!.

Exactly, JT should have at least put him in first grade, he had plodders like Rankin, Lovett and co every week. Siro ran good lines and had decent defence, he looked unfit or disinterested, probably due to being thrown out of the team while plodders incorporated kept their spots every week.
