The hype? just listen to the commentators when he plays.
They overstate a lot of what he is doing.
For instance Api will feed him the ball, he'll throw a regulation pass to an outside back who beats 4-5 players in heavy traffic with a jinking, stepping, swerving run to the line and Michael Ennis will be on the vinegar stroke telling the audience what a superstar the kid is....not the one who did all the work mind you, but the one who shovelled it on to him.
Leave him alone and let him develop. Thats the best chance he has of reaching his potential. This is the exact same shit that killed Brooks as a young bloke.

Sure he may be the first 2mil player , but only if PVL negotiates the deal everyone thinks he will , moving the salary cap up to 20 mil . Even then most likely 1.5m .
Hes a gun , no doubt , but man its not like hes single handedly winning games for the club at the moment like for example , Kalyan Ponga has been doing for the knights , or turbo for the eagles .
If we trust in the pathways like the panthers , there’s will be another 2 or 3 galvins in the not too distant future .
I mean onitoni large was said to be better than Galvin and Fainu . And that’s extremely debatable if not utter hyperbole nonsense .
So it’s already happening , even though he left .

Brooks is still alive, he just wasn’t as good as people thought he’d be.

Ennis is a special for giving credit to the "name" player rather then the guy that actually did the great play. It really grinds on me and shows a real lack of integrity imo
