Olam definitely gone based on that article.
With him and Klemmer gone I think that means we’re down to a top 26?
The only centre on the market who is any better than what we have is Taylan May, and he has a big court case coming up plus a host of questions about his influence on the squad.
Wasn't there a stat that the dogs had almost the worst missed tackles last year but still one of the better points conceded stat.50 MISSED TACKLES.
HURRY ALONG 2026.
Well if we did our correct due diligence and he arrived healthy, and the injury occurred playing for us, then it’s a no brainer.Looking at what we ran out in the centre's last night and Olam gone either way, id take May any day of the week. Whats the bet the NRL deny the medical retirement of Olam just to screw with us.
it just seems to go on for ever -And why will that any difference
After last nights performance there is no way in hell anyone should be assuming the Eels or anyone else will be easybeats. As it stands, we are still the worst team in the competition. I saw some good things last night, but there were some pretty worrying things that have kept this club at the bottom for so long.Hearing Mitch Moses wont be back for the 2nd tigers game either, seems it will be a much longer stint on the sideline, tigers Should take advantage and get 4 points but knowing us…
No one is easy beats for us, we make an easy game look hard thats for sure. After last nights performance there is no way in hell anyone should be assuming the Eels or anyone else will be easybeats. Think you hit the nail on the head . Over all ,green shoots ,we do look more composed in defence and we aren't playing /panicking to the clock , (hypocrite alert?} We had nothing in the last 10 to show we wanted that gameThat helps,
But last night's performance showed that we beat ourselves.
We need more composure in attack.
V Landy is pimping himself to the Vagas gods, A hand shake don't mean squat in some 1/4s these daysWhy would any new recruits be rushing to join us after the way we treated Klemmer
not talking footy here - was there ever a short winterAfter watching all the games so far I have to say we are in the bottom 4-5 , even the teams that got flogged look better than us in attack , apart from the try we scored I couldn’t remember another backline move , how the hell do u go throw a pre season and not have worked on plays inside there 1/3 , and too get 50 odd miss tackles is disgraceful, I think it might be a long winter AGAIN
Would you like to refrase that question. And why will that any difference
The fullback creates the extra number, that’s the whole point. Otherwise you’re just shifting the ball side to side and it’s just so easy for the defence to handle. We were absolutely impotent in attack.Something you guys have gotta realise is just cause it wasn’t the fullback sweeping doesn’t mean we didn’t do any sweeping plays
Kind of felt like we did at times on Friday and we still couldn’t get it done.I say we pay the refs
