Only problem about ur 2 year build, we will have lost 4-5 of the best we have and then the next 5-10 year rebuild starts all over again , it never ends with the tigers , had we got two decent backrowers to go with what we got , I believe we would have made the 8 , as it is we will struggle

That’s where I differ with you,
I don’t see us as a top 8 team this year, but after a few more signings at the end of this season we push for a top 8 finish in 26. And in this time our younger players either start displaying the talent our recruitment team think they have or we could still be sitting in the same position we are now.
At least this management are trying things and hopefully it all turns out the way they think.

I hope my plastic leg will last till then. Warranty runs out early 27. Germany is asking for money every year.
The warranty on my faith in rebuilds ran out years ago!

If it doesnt work out, itll be their arses. Thats how it goes but make no mistake, they need immediate results despite what you think.

Agree we need 2 second row’s and 1or 2 Centre’s plus a more dynamic fullback.
We can’t buy them all in one offseason if they’re not available,
I don’t want to see us buy these players if they are only average players let’s wait to someone that is going to make a difference to our team becomes available.

They get bagged if they sign blokes on long contracts that are passed their best re Cleary visit - and get bagged if they try to secure their young talent before someone else does.
The fact is their is only so much talent good enough to win a premiership and good luck finding anyone who thinks this squad or any squad at this club since 2012 is even close to being good enough to do it - which means that there has to be movement in the squad. If that means moving on players that are passed their best or want out, to retain/buy players that offer growth so be it.
St George Parramatta Penrith and Roosters have all moved on quality players to manage their cap it's not unique to us. A wooden spoon squad is not going to miraculously rise to be
a contender without change.
