Reading that reminded me of Luciano getting baited and Joey losing his nana....still remeember where i was that night, Auburn golf club. I think we were playing saints in the gong or penrith

Jeez May is a risk. We've got a pretty fragile truce in the dressing room, a 64-0 flogging, his brother is playing pretty unreasonable minutes and now will have to look after his fairly unwell younger brother on top of things. Hope im seeing it incorrectly but I am really not sure its worth the gamble.
 
I was very anti-Taylan May but at least hes done something positive about his conduct whatever it was.

And its out of my control.

The other brother Tyrone, hes invested massively in turning his life around, but im not sure how hes playing.

Even Latrell is playing footy these days.

Strange days, im not complaining.

Regardless of what start we have had we still got pumped 64-0 and the team looked like a bunch of 16 year olds against men

People have said he met with Richo after he was granted permission to return by the nrl , in said interview he was apparently talking BS. I don’t know if it’s true but I doubt it as May senior would have said 1 chance don’t blow it , we can play together , I think he will arrive end of this week , looks fit in the interview today
 
People also need to remember Our Captains both played with Taylan May and would know if he would be worth the risk. They will be the ones keeping him in line.
We need a decent centre and he would fit the bill and not on big coin for a couple of years until he proves himself.
Worth the risk IMO and this has Richo all over it with the 9 interview and easing him onto the fan base.
 
Im guessing Taylan was pretty much a done deal way back when he had his meeting but obviously something happened him being (scatttered) Richo told him to go away look after your mental health and we can revisit things.
Hopefully he's in a better head space and the Poly boys keep him in line also his bro.
 
I think if Taylan comes on board it will give May senior a bit of inspiration as a leader at this club but it should and will make Taylan try that bit extra hard to repay the faith, I think May senior will drive Taylan into a top player again and this year , 4 or 5 weeks in lower grade should have him ready, if needed as we still got Toa and AD going ok
