*gunfire.Wouldnt give up on him...but were in a VERY vulnerable position to have 4 brothers in the same squad....Tarnak is more decent than moses but we need to spread our risk*
They can always upgrade contracts. They don’t have to necessarily be external signings. There will have to be signing soon as we should be down to 27 spots taken in a week so need 3 by end of June.
Signings we do have will not be announced with the Galvin news.tell you what…. some good news in the form of couple signings even if it’s depth would be great for the club right now
where are you richo???
But who's worth upgrading this is the problem with that idea. They can always upgrade contracts. They don’t have to necessarily be external signings.
I reckon Richo just wants the clean the shit first and then move onto positives, hopefully!tell you what…. some good news in the form of couple signings even if it’s depth would be great for the club right now

Yes they can. However, there has not been much pressure from below to warrant upgrades, an, doing this in the past has only allowed the growth of hangers on in the 18- 30 ranks not capable of NRL and barely adequate for State Cup, hindering our depth coverage to yearly pressure with under performers in the top 30They can always upgrade contracts. They don’t have to necessarily be external signings.
Good list @Demps I'd also add Kobe Hetherington for lock. We know Richo & Benji are into him and, if Broncos extend Reynolds as per reports, there is no way they can retain Kobe otherwise I'll be going to the salary cap auditor myself for a please explain. Kobe is a bulldog in defence and effort, and his not being utilised to his full capability under Madge. He also can jump in at dummyhalf if ever required.Tyrone May ; he played 6 with Luai at 7 in the 2016 panthers juniors. He has also played at lock for the Australian schoolboys. Despite his history, he has something to offer our team as a squad filler.
Taylan May; another with some negatives around his past, off field behaviour. Walks into our backline, ideally at centre.
Krystian Mapapalangi; one that got away, not a realistic option from within our tanks. Has some toe and smarts, a very well rounded footballer who can play anywhere 1 to 7. Upgrade to top 30. Ill keep pushing this one.
Kai Pearce-Paul; he isn't the next Sonny Bill, who some in the media have claimed but he's a serious attacking threat that will benefit our team immensely. Straight into the starting side.
Wiremu Greg; we missed out on big Sammy T, so let's take the other off contact FRF at the Eels. This guy hasn't had a massive chance, however we need some prop depth and he won't break the bank.
Preston Riki; he's been at the panthers for ages and can't get a look. Has some skills and we need the depth. Join us.
I wonder what pieces will fall at the Broncos.Good list @Demps I'd also add Kobe Hetherington for lock. Just when he brings out the polishing cloth, more shit is found….I reckon Richo just wants the clean the shit first and then move onto positives, hopefully!
Pussy Rat Galvin playing high school girl games...suits him down to the groundYeh right wow I don't have Insta to go check myself. The way he's conducted himself throughout this all speaks to how much of a kid he still is.
Yeah, its a sh*t situation. FWIW i'd rather buy other teams State Cup players to reward with a Top 30 slot since our lot have not pressed. Real question- Who in the Magpies State Cup team do you rate that isnt already in the 30? Isnt Makasini coming in to top 30 on 30 June?If we don’t make any external signings, the club doesn’t have a choice.
