Disagree on Bula and Mason. Mason is a gun. Wait and see . Makasini and Luke Luuali are as well. Mid term I can see Adam leaving , giving us one surplus to cover injuries . Backs are in a good spot. I hope we don’t make backline signings .

All I did was go through the other teams and I ranked our guys against other players in their positions.

We love Bula and see great potential, but I was trying to be objective when considering if he is top 8.
Here’s some fullbacks I’d rank ahead of him:
Paps, Hammer, Kennedy, Nicoll-Klokstad, Walsh, Latrell, Edwards, Ponga, Tedesco, Turbo, maybe Drinkwater.

Bula is more in the class of Iongi, Weekes, Campbell. Then there’s Tracey, Gutho who aren’t exciting but are having good years.

It just can’t be said that Bula is in the top 8.
