Naden is a backwards step.I would offer Naden a contract $200K Staines $250K
Not worth it.
We've got better options within the club and should look externally also.

Samoa RepLazarus looks the goods...i would be looking at him.
What about Gagai looking for a new clubNaden is a backwards step.
Not worth it.

He's 34, hed be good for a year or two. What about Gagai looking for a new club
I think Tu'itupou is showing more than Staines; at least at cup level. Charlie tries, much like many of our others, but just doesn't have any real impact. I can't see him going up a gear. We need to be ruthless & that starts with a brutally honest look at how we've been going and the players that have been part of that.Adam Doueihi
Solomona Fataape
Brent Naden
Charlie Staines
Brandon Tumeth
Justin Matamua
Josh Feledy
.... all of contract.
Can see all being showed the door.
Richo may push for us to keep Fataape on a cup contract and I can also see Staines possibly being retained, if the money is right.
But the rest, they've had their chances.
Not good enough.
Absolutely. Hoped we were past handing out top 30 spots to anyone. If Craig gets a top 30, Richo & Benji should both be asked to resign as nothing would have changed re recruitment from the previous regime.
He may one day make a top 30 in a few years but he is no where near that level currently.
skelton dropped some bombs against penrith and canberra he us a liability under the high ballWith AD now with Moses I don’t think we’ll keep him, I don’t think we were gonna keep him regardless but I think this nails the final nail in the coffin. Not against bringing in Gagai as you said he’s a decent goal kicker and I think he will be a decent pickup. However, I wouldn’t drop Skelton to accomodate both May and Gagai. Skelton makes good meters out of yardage especially when we’re deep near our try line I wouldn’t drop him based off one bad performance. Agree on Staines he’s solid depth hope he stays, and can live with letting Naden and Faataape go.
I think he will be given an offer.Yep, if ADZ felt the Tigers were going to re-sign him, he wouldn’t have gone anywhere near Moses…
I would dead set buy him as a genuine Reggie’s captain. What about Gagai looking for a new club
Api is already past it. The amount of times he overplays his hand and makes the attack very clunky is ridiculous. He is in a much better team now than last year, so there's no excuses. I don't think he's a good leaderI can't see at all how extending Api beyond 2027 is good?
He'll be be past it by then
me 2I'd take Toby Sexton, if he's not promised a starting role.
bet you still poop in a dunny with a flush chainApi is already past it. The amount of times he overplays his hand and makes the attack very clunky is ridiculous. He is in a much better team now than last year, so there's no excuses. I don't think he's a good leader
They want TDS.yup , hence why they’re trying offload their sloppy seconds in sexton to get some more wiggle room . they think we’re some pitty club
I wouldn’t at this stage, haven’t seen Makasini play but if he can’t make metres out of yardage, no way you drop Skelton for him.skelton dropped some bombs against penrith and canberra he us a liability under the high ball
next year would drop skeltin for makasini on the wing
How about they throw us a forward? We need more depth there. They want TDS.
Galvin in for Sexton, Da Silva in for Mahoney.
Gould has raved on about both Galvin & Da Silva for the last 2 or so years. Galvin is already there and we know both Mahoney & Sexton are about to be shown out the back door.
need an elite front rower to go with May while Feinu and Pole continue to develop.every one harps on about an Alfa up front , but we do really need a freak in the back line .Where not far off
correct. The more the young 1/s demand a starting spot the softer it all gets .Racking the brain for a hard forward , Penrith have a few ,need an elite front rower to go with May while Feinu and Pole continue to develop.
