I'd say they are working in the background on a new contract for Bula & Luai's clause plus extension for priorities currently off contract ... Sione Fainu & Jeral Skelton.

I predict Sione will happen soon but I reckon Jeral will be a prime target for the Perth Bears. He's on only approx $230k with us and with Makasini's rise could find his spot in jeopardy and Bears could offer a lot more.

Don't think there will be any rush on the others off contract probably headed by Luke Laulilii but they may wait to see how he goes early in the season.

Then leave the other one open and see how injuries play out id think or if a Train and Trial jumps out of the ground

Very hard to work out the Will Craig Top 30 contract.
I see potential in him more than most and think there is a chance he could improve in leaps and bounds in 2026, but when you consider we dropped him to Ron Massey Cup late last season, why would we then sign him to a Top 30 contract as opposed to a Develolment or Train & Trial deal ?
It makes very little sense, but he’s a home grown South-West Sydney product and I hope he has a successful season in 2026.

Could this be one of those shit decisions we thought the club was past making, or a case of nothing outside the club Richo is interested in so fill spots with juniors.

Youve got a good keen eye V.....even if you do day so yourself.....but theres also a chance Craig could do sfa in 26

As for the contracts...theres no rhyme.or reason how on earth is Afoa a development player? I admit I'm not up to speed with all these new deals

He is powerfully built, runs the ball strongly.
I think he has been played out of position as a winger and should be moved back to the centres.
