If it is sprint training it is likely the trainer has more than one client in his programme and having them in one class is efficient. Context is important. Also, Bula is a professional and would know to get the best out of his training, harmony within the group is important. I do not perceive anything sinister in this training, it is inconsistent with what we know of Bula.
