Ive heard things have gotten a bit stale for him at Penrith and he wants to come and learn from Benji
Agree that depth cannt possibly these days be a second NRL capable team but I think key spine positions- hooker, lock, half and fullback, should be better than the 'rest' and pretty much able t slot in NRL ready. Trouble is they would be ripe fruit to pick for other teams eg TDSBeen reading across the forum some takes on our depth, it wasn't that long ago in the trials it was on display as a collective against the riff and roosters, it showed to be more than adequate because it was depth vs depth.
As shown across the NRL by results some being floggings, when you have multiple injuries, it is too difficult to cover all the loss of quality, 1 or 2 and teams seem to be able to cover but anymore they struggle.
Your depth would need to have the same quality for the next man up, but the salary cap doesn't allow that, or those players would leave because they don't want to hang around in reserve grade.
Anyone know what the PNG dollar is worth? Be funny if it was worth jack and they all came back with 50 cents on the dollar.
to'o for sureAny player's following Luai to png would be penrith mates and a few at the dogs I reckon
Really? Must need a new challenge. I wouldn’t know, but I guess winning premierships would get a bit boring after a while. If we ever won another one, I would take 10 in a row and never be bored, ever!
Doesnt Nathan wanna be with his girl?to'o for sure
cleary maybe
Kenny maybe
“There’s supposed to be an announcement from the Penrith Panthers around 2 o’clock today about Ivan Cleary’s future,” Weidler said.
“Now everybody’s been thinking it was an extension of his time at the Panthers but the information I’m getting right now is Ivan Cleary is likely to say 2027 will be the last as the Penrith Panthers coach.
Doesnt look real happy...his games affected badlyYou guy's reckon Crightons happy at the dogs with the Galvin rubbish?
Maybe Gus is going to let Ciraldo take a few years off as he looks tired and Ivan will fill in until the supercoach is refreshed and ready to come back.Ive heard things have gotten a bit stale for him at Penrith and he wants to come and learn from Benji
he can't do both blues and kangaroos coach though.Ivan to be the Blues and Australia coach for 2028 onwards. More time at home, less stress than an NRL coaching gig but still working with the best of the best.
Lol, yeah.People freaking out a fortnight ago over nothing....suggesting sabotage etc.
Fancy that
