What about DWZ? Bulldogs did the same thing.
I would rather our recruitment team and more importantly our media communications team had their stuff in order like the Panthers, Eels, Bulldogs, Souths, yes thank you.
Do you really want to appear a desperate team that’s begging for that big signing or (driving to Taree) or do would you rather be a confident team negotiating with multiple players and picking the best fit.

With the DWZ thing, from memory we had no money to buy him.

I think we should do whatever we can to sign LM.

Its not a a complete disaster if we don't get him, but he was a bloke we could build a team around.

Seriously, I think Wests Tigers need to employ a public relation (PR) consultant.

Are you having a dig? Like for us public fans or actually feel that area of the club needs improvement in how to control the media and make announcements?

I think the club may have a couple of PR people on here telling all how great things are going and trying to close down some members thoughts.

@Needaname It definitely needs improvement in many public relations areas which have been ignored. Just the one example of Matterson this seasons hasn't endeared respect from the general public.

It’s all about clicks , so the papers write tigers articles with little to no story , because there’s a huge thirst for it .

We should immediately offer David Fifita a 5 year contract valued at 1mil a season for 2021 beyond

Rabbits were the biggest threat to signing him but if they sign Latrell no chance they can afford him!

Broncos will soon understand they will need to let go of one of there talented forwards to afford a good half in order to compete.

Saints will need to release him first.

Saints forums said they were releasing him as they needed to free up money for Capewell...as Flanagan wanted Capewell.

Capewell today signed for Penrith.

So, who knows what is going on.

I am really dissapointed we appear to have missed out on Lomax.

He wanted the FB spot and Mary has now offered it to him.

May I suggest that those in a hurry to get the Mitchell deal done, remember he is still under contract to the Roosters until November next year. The Tigers cannot make any announcement or determine the period of the contract they sign Mitchell to, until they find out his situation with the Roosters contract. In other words, would the contract we offer him be for three years,2020,2021 and 2022, or three years, 2021, 2022 and 2023, or four years, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023! Surely, until the Tigers know that, what can they do?
