I can’t believe that people on here believe that maddan is going to be our great playmaker, did u not watch the Canterbury cup last year he was lucky to hold his own in that grade .

Isn’t he like 19? Not every kid is an early bloomer man . Many don’t develop until their early 20s. Don’t write him off yet .

Jock madden is a good prospect coming through, but watching his highlights he is very much like brooks in running the ball

DCE and Foran both liked to run but combined well. We have to back our young players and the Board has to back Maguire as he selects them and they learn through experience and mistakes. This may mean we take some losses bug in the long term, UT will pay off.

How old was Thurston when he started being a consistently good player? He's not Thurston but very few are good NRL players in their teens or very early 20s.

if contracts mean nothing lets keep Grant and either go for Munster or throw money at Burton

Will be interesting to see who gets bench utility at Penrith this week. Tyrone May is now available this week after serving suspension and with him being best mates with ClearyJR who both came through juniors together we could see Burton in 18-21 and then we should swoop for him. Wouldn’t cost a huge amount either and he got no game time last week so he would have a better opportunity here higher up the pecking order surely

I'm ok with that...surely some of their players will become disgruntled and want an opportunity to start at another club.

Their starting back row currently is Cordner, Crichton and Radley. They also have Butcher x 2 and Tupouniua. Not to mention Aubusson, although he must be done soon...

You'd think Fifita would be starting, who for, who knows. But there's some quality amongst them.

Because nof is only a slightly above average winger. Would nof make the starting line ups for any of the sides above us on the ladder? Highly unlikely.
