I'm thinking Aitken or Naden as the Centre,And takairangi as the 2nd row/centre

I don’t rate Taka. Naden is a solid player

Naden imo is not a Maguire player.

He’s pretty quick and powerful. Has some issues in defence but can play wing or centre. He’s not bad but doesn’t stand out to me so just solid

His discipline in the past has let him down. The commentary team mentioned something about it yesterday.

I've watched all of his games in first grade this year and while he has everything you'd want physically, he seems thick as a brick. Seems to love the aggro without ever doing anything tough on the field and consistently doesn't come up with the right play eg. a reasonable pass back in field yesterday 2nd half would have set up try but he opted to kick ahead instead.

We already have one knucklehead in the centres, can't really afford any more.

im worried Broncos will pinch Madge and offer a deal too good to refuse

I could be wrong, but I have a feeling that Madge is way too invested in what he is building here to be enticed away by the almighty dollar. He’s put in the hard work here already and things are only just beginning to come together. Why would he want to walk away from that now, only to have to start all over again with another struggling club?

He isn’t Ivan Cleary, and in any case Cleary went to a club that had a stronger roster which contained his beloved son!

The Toronto Wolfpack have withdrawn from the Super League competition, leaving a host of Australian and New Zealander players in the dark with their playing futures.

Players including club captain Josh McCrone, Bodene Thompson, Darcy Lussick, Chase Stanley, Ricky Leutele and Sonny Bill Williams will be made available to NRL clubs, as they return home, to clubs who have available spots in their top teams.

They'll have until August 3rd to sign with NRL clubs before the deadline.
