So what’s he likely to earn playing fullback for us ?

No idea the exact figures but bulldogs will probably offer him big money straight away, tigers tried to do the fancy deal based on position. Would think a good $650k-$750k if he can thrive at fullback but that’s just a guess

I get the feeling too that the kid will get the Nick treatment. A star or Stars will be involved, his family will all have jobs with Nick organisations and he will accept a 500k or less contract. It is just sad. I can only hope he fuzzes after getting a big juicy Nick contract.

Except the Roosters have the next big half named Walker. I wouldn't put it past the Roosters to chase Papenhuyzen when off contdsct.

They have a lot of money. Burton wouldn’t be on that much either he’s not even played 1 season

I really can’t see Burton getting that much either. Ash taylor and Brodie Croft played well for a few games in good teams and look how those signings went. Burton has played even less top grade

They have a lot of money. Burton wouldn’t be on that much either he’s not even played 1 season

They can't have that much. Have unloaded Foran, but still have DWZ, Thompson, Napa, Jackson, Cotric, Hetherington, Stimson who would be on decent coin. Surely they can't add Flanagan, Burton & JAC to that lot.
