Anyone got further info on Allan Fitzgibbon ? Has me intrigued as I know it’s an odd thing to notice but he seems to be featured in a ton of the pre season photos

Think @THE_POM mentioned he was a good chance to get elevated to development or top30 before the season rolls around.

I have been thinking the same thing, was headlining in Tamworth video and ***had all the boys mucking around behind him which as a side note thought was good to see the boys having a laugh together***.

Never really seen him play but him and JTJ could be a speedy edge from all reports

Oldest trick in the book. When I was a young bloke every year I'd rock up to rep trials (not league) and every year I'd get cut at the last stage and they just picked last years squad anyway. Despite the fact that I had a few mates in the squad, I'd just shut up, be quiet and be a good boy and never got picked. One year intentionally I started mucking around with my mates who were regularly picked, just laughing joking and generally making sure the selectors noticed that I was great mates with these guys. That year I got picked and every year after.

Pete Badel reporting that the McCullogh to Dragons deal could happen as early as next week.

In my mind this makes Billy Walters a more attractive proposition to Brisbane, and would make releasing Isaako to join us, a more plausible proposition.

With the top 30 squad almost complete and great recruitment this off season....wouldnt it be great if the WTs have a finals birth with the NRL team and CC team this year...we have good young quality players that no doubt will be in CC as well as experienced players...sorta makes you a bit excited for season 2021.

Nah, stood out like a sore thumb to me as well and when I caught the fan meet video, my immediate thoughts were that if a deal is not already done, it's been decided that he is to be contracted at some level.

Yes he’s been spoken about internally before, Madge is a big fan after working with him in the NZ Camp, thinks he could be something very special & Issako is a fan of Madge.

Big plus as well is how much footy Issako played with JTJ in Brissy. Noffa and BJ on one wing and JTJ and Issako on the other.

Would have also thought that an option until all recent reports have Leilua shifting to the left with his brother and Roberts training alongside Doueihi and Nofoaluma on the right.

I'm no Brisbane fan but I've always liked isaako for some reason. Maybe it was when he did a Chee Kam and faked a field goal then scored the try to win the game.

Seems like a really humble and good guy to have in the team. Plus he goal kicks at 83% in 2018 and 79% 2019

Isaako is a machine highly skilled and talented.
People need to see through poor form like Leilua under Mary at St George. Playing for Seibold in such a bad team environment will do it to slot of young players.

Give Madge players with talent and physical ability and the results will be vastly different.

He's also pretty much the face of an indigenous program they've started in Gunnedah. He'll be signed up for sure I reckon

Gotta say, I don't know much about him, just looked at his profile for last year, kicked 16 goal at a 72.7% success?

Though, they also say he is a goal machine? The numbers don't seem to stack though?
