I think he’s just trying to quell some of the speculation before it grows legs?
It’s important for fans, members and sponsors to know the entire club is advancing as one in their fight against mediocrity 😁
It’s ok to keep pointing to the scoreboard and saying “don’t stop us now, we’re having a good time” however we only have eyes for the scoreboard at the ground.

I wouldn't say that's surprising. Joey has done buggerall for us since joining and it's 550k that can be better spent elsewhere.

The chances of Wests Tigers making a play for South Sydney halfback Adam Reynolds?

As much as we’d love it to happen, the reality is it’s a hundred to one given the history between the champion little no.7 and Tigers coach Michael Maguire.

Maguire was notorious during his tenure at South Sydney for pushing players to play no matter the circumstances.

Reynolds is precisely what the Wests Tigers are in desperate need of. Direction, sound all-round general play kicking game and a gun goal kicker.

The combination of Reynolds and the classy Adam Doueihi at five-eighth would fly.

The Wests Tigers are rallying around incumbent halfback Luke Brooks but there’s no question people within the club are fast running out of patience.

Brooks still has this year plus two more to go at Concord but the drums are beating about it being time for a change.
