Apparently strong mail, dogs targeting mikaele for 2022 but are now trying to get him as part of the swap deal for DWZ!! Not a fan of this as mikaele is great impact for us. Hopefully we can keep him on a nice cheap contract. But we know dogs happy to pay players extras.

They should be trying to sign a 9 tbh.

Their backs look top shelf for next year..

Halves, Burton is good - not sure who they pair with him - Averillo would be my guess.
Talks of Flanagan being shopped and Lewis is pretty poor.

Forwards - a lot, nothing too spectacular.
Napa sucks, Elliot is weird, Jackson is a bit average these days and the rest of them aren't impressive.

I think if this is what they're asking we should leave that deal alone.

Maybe sign Renouf Atoni (off contract) to replace as MCK as our regular 18th man.

They're after Mitch Kenny apparently, he's a solid dummy half and stuck behind Korisau

Mitch Kenny is a worker.
Nothing special.
Better than what they currently have.

So they're taking Naden, Burton and possibly Kenny from the Panthers?

Panthers premiership window is closing as the depth is departing...

Mate with all those young guys now getting origin experience and excelling I believe Penrith will be up top for a looooooong time unfortunately

The salary cap has yet to bite hard but it will, especially if they win a premiership.

He's been OK and has been improving but he's not spectacular.

Doing his job but we should keep our expectations high.

I’ve liked his impact last few games but can he do it from the gun against the best, or is he just having a few good runs against tired forwards? I’d love to see him hit a hole for once.

I like the kid... and like you said, he's been decent.

But yeah, we got some good players coming through KOE.

While i think Mikaele has been really good this last 6 weeks I also look at our props and we have Tamou, Twal, Stefano, Musgrove, Amone, Joffa, Seyfarth, Simpkins and then a number of really good young props coming through in JF. Id like Tom to stay but wouldnt break the bank and if we could get something out of it im ok with that

He has improved a lot lately. Think he's a good bench forward to keep around for sure. Looking at our current squad for 2022 he's definitely a top 17 player.

Just has a silly pass or drop ball still lacks maturity in attack won’t let you down in D. Powerful runner runs a good line.
