If we're gonna spend on a prop like Finucane, I'd much rather have a go at Klemmer for the same money if he's unhappy at Newcastle.

Klemmer's having a down year by his standards, but the stats speak for themselves:

160m a game and 98% tackle efficiency. That is without question elite.

3rd most metres per game by any prop, 8th most post-contact metres.

Fittler dropping him from the NSW team last year was inexpicable and he had a blow-up about it, which is why he hasn't been brought back. He should be there for sure.

Given he's only 27, taking the last 2 years of his Newcastle deal up and adding another year onto that with maybe an option for a 4th would mean we have him from 28-31 years old. No brainer for mine.

Maybe clutching at straws but my opinion is that Tigers go hard this week for David Klemmer and Nick Cotric. I would love to have Zac Lomax here but a player of his quality may look at the stronger clubs?

From the board down these individuals really need to have a hard look at themselves .
There is only one part of this organisation at present that can all hold there heads up and that’s the supporter Base after 11 seasons of FAILURE!

I'd have a look at Corey Oates to play centre. Big body in defense. We desperately need to sure up our edge defense. I know he's not a centre but I think he could help in that role. Could be a bit like Brad Parker or Parras 2nd rower that killed it at centre (Nikora???)
