If I’m being completely real about everything I’m unfazed by any signings specifically, I just want some good news for once everything is always negative. Surely something will brighten our season shortly !!

With Fred De Belin an old Balmain TIger, the chances of getting JDB to WTs may be a bit higher than Finucane, especially after the BBQ incident. I'm not going to get involved in his off field issues.

The only way he'll leave the Dragons is if they turf him. I can understand why the Dragons won't punt him, another club will only pick him up and benefit from it so they may as well stick by him.

Curtis Scott is on the outer at the Raiders. I don’t care if he is a flog. Would take him ASAP for a centre position.

We already have enough discards and trouble players who we have a bad record of turning around. Big no thanks. If we signed Scott for next season he would be 2022 BJ for the fans.

We don’t even have any prospect signings like Stefano/Laurie either signed in advance.

Granted all it takes is for 1-2 names to drop but geez it’s clear established players don’t view us seriously.

Someone posted last week, maybe POM, that we had moved away from Harley Smith. God knows why, he actually looks he could be a good pick up.

We don’t even have any prospect signings like Stefano/Laurie either signed in advance.

Granted all it takes is for 1-2 names to drop but geez it’s clear established players don’t view us seriously.

Agree.. As much as I hate the media reporting on us it has come to the point that I have to agree with them... We smell like rotten tomatoes and every team below us has improved for 2022 except us.. No player is coming here unless we are the only option and that takes the top ones out as they will always be wanted around the league.

I have always kept my hopes up and waiting for an announcement of a top line player signing out of the blue but that hope is well and truly gone.. This is the lowest point I have felt as a fan for a very long time and it amazes me how we can keep sponsors on board etc..

So with that been said the only way to change this is to start winning and that's easier said then done. I think we need to bite the bullet and buy a few journey players to help us as clearly all these young ones cannot play week in week out without help..

Some idea below and I know some will put there nose out of whack but we need experience and players that want to win:

**Woods** 30 - just does his job, Won't cost a lot, showed the pride in the jersey when he was here
**Curtis Sironen** - would start in 2nd row and if he remains injury free would help us.
**Chambers or Dugan** - for centre - Older guys but we need experience
**Jordan Rapana** - Experienced player who gives you everything and can cover a few positions
**Dylan Napa** - 28 - Experienced and would do him good for a change plus has aggression
**Dylan Walker** - 26 - Would start at centre now without question over what we have.
**Conner Watson** - 25 - still young and would do wonders for us and covers a few positions

Just some ideas as we don't have any big names off contract to talk about.

When you look at centres then 2 clubs are over supplied with NRL level centres - Manly have Harper, Parker, Suli and Dylan Walker. Given Walker is off contract could be an option.

Raiders have Kris, Croker, Timoko and Scott. Obv Scott is the one available and while im def not a fan of him as a human he does have talent if you can keep him from punching people off the field.

The other club is obv Dogs who have Hopoate and Schoup off contract and Cotric on big money with Allen and also have as we know lots coming in next yr. Schoup to mine has looked good for them this yr in a poor backline and of course id take Cotric esp with Dogs paying some of the bills.

Zac Lomax might come up too. Dragons paid him Fullback money to play centre and does that really their cap. They have Bird, Williame, Beale and more importantly the 2 Fergai brothers coming through. Mayby we could lighten the cap load and take Lomax off their hands

Also mayby for a short term Josh Dugan is only 31 and could fill a gap although with 2 weeks quarantine.

Lots of options - all better then what we have in Pauga

I like the signing of Woods and either Dylan Walker or Chambers at centre
those Signings woukd not cost the world and better than what we have.

"With people like Adam Hartigan ( who doesn't return phone calls or emails) it doesn't really surprise that they miss out on key targets like Tevita Pangai". Woolford wrote in social media."
