Have we truly entered an era where "unfollowing" signals, in people's mind, a player club change? And people are actually monitoring who players follow and unfollow?

I mean, of course it's possible, but ever since Curtis Rona "liked" Tigers I've pretty much ignored reading of the tea leaves of social media.

Pretty sure everyone knew about him his whole junior career . It’s not 1980 where you can pluck a nobody from Wagga brothers . He’s had scouts all over him since he was a preteen I’d say

To be fair though , the 2 times I’ve seen it happen , were josh ALOIAI and Joe Ofahengaue . Both were gone from thier clubs a day or 2 later . I’m almost certain there was another outside back who had it pointed out and was gone a few days later .

These guys see this as a big deal . I think it’s just clicking a button on the phone . But social media is important to them . I think it’s kind of like saying “you’re dropped “ lol and all the likes and thumbs up are like all the kids in the school saying “ooooooo”

Our recruitment is clearly struggling, but opinions like this are ridiculous. Poaching players from clubs with which they have strong ties is not easy, particularly when they have a first grade spot and their club is successful. Keep setting stupid expectations though so you can justify continually bashing the club.

I don't believe this. I guarantee if we offered Egan Butcher 1 million per season he would come. It would also be a terrible signing.

I think we offer what we consider fair value and they come or they don't.
