Sunia Turuva from the panthers is one we should chase. His path is blocked at the panthers and has star written all over him. Believe he is free to negotiate come November. Come on Tigers. Stump up the $$$

Word is they're aware he's a star and a 10 year player.

Where does he play in their side Demps? They are stacked in the backs obviously. Offer him a Ponga style contract and take the risk he will be a star

He'll be brought through.
He will take Edwards starting spot.

Smith-Shields management has informed clubs that he is staying in Canberra.

It's so disheartening when players tell you they'd rather play nsw cup for the next couple of years and maybe play a handful of NRL games than join you for more money and where they'd be a near certain starter.

I think our tight-arsed nature is preventing us from improving our roster. We probably offered slightly more than the raiders. Offer an extra 25k and get a player who'd improve us. We simply can't afford to pay any players market rates. We have to pay overs for everyone. It's just a fact of life and where we're at now. Hopefully that changes one day soon.

Wouldn't pay him more than 450k. He's slightly above average.

I'd rather Fotuaika for 600k than Thompson for 550.

This is disgusting, no wonder the virus is running rampant in the hotspots. 5 construction workers from the South West hotspots were reported to NSW Police by locals in Kiama working illegally on a building site. All tried to run to a carpark but were arrested by NSW Police. These workers should have a good does of penal servitude.

We have a small building site around the corner from my home. A next door neighbour has reported it to NSW Police as they know these workers are from Liverpool.

Are the Tigers looking to sign any of them? The 5 running the carpark couldnt outrun fat policeman so I could see them fitting in the centres.

He's very good, think $500k-$600k is pretty good.

Bulldogs buying anyone they possibly can and have now maxed out their cap so much they are looking to offload one of their best players and subsidise him playing elsewhere.

Wouldn’t be worried about that. Thompson is in great form, unlike the other 2 when we signed them.

Thompson is one of the only current Bulldogs I would actually take.
