What are your thoughts on Joey Manu as a FB?

I personally think that is his best position, and has a really high workrate from fullback. Big, strong and has really good support play.

He's a super talent. You can play him FB, Wing, Centre, 5/8 and he would be one of your best on the park.

Would take Joey Manu over Jack Wighton any day of the week. Even with a Latrell badge of honour

Where did the Wighton rumour come from? I’ve seen several people bring it up the last couple of days.

Wighton is good but I don't think he would thrive in a team like the Wests Tigers in 2022. He needs things happening around him.
Depending on how Hastings works out, we could almost clean swap Wighton with Brooks salary wise for 2023.

He is one of the very few in the pack that consistently has a go.
I’m happy for the extension.

I’m happy too, just wish he could get the monkey off his back and score a 4 pointer.

LL is the type of player I think helps a squad thats on the rebuild.

Fun-loving attitude andnthe guy can play also.

With Paps inthe squad I think LL will be more creative and more damaging for the minutest that he plays.

Definite Retain for me.

Slight upgrade is a good ideas, now is not a fime to loose the better members of our squad.

Any further upgrade in line with performance in 2022

We need a hard nose enforcer in the pack.
Someone like Finucane , having fun loving guys is great for moral but not great for results.
And before any keyboard warriors get button happy I’m not saying he’s a problem...just saying we need a focused hard head in the pack to run along side Big stef.

When I think of enforcers, I don’t think Dale Finucane.

When I think of what a Pit Bull looks like that has just emerged from a particularly vicious scrap, I think of Dale Finucane.

Raiders don’t want Brooks, they just signed Fogarty from the Coast. Simple Jack is a very good defensive player, but lacks creativity for a no6

We’ve got one who’s been out injured all year in Zane Musgrove.
Hopefully next year he stays injury free.

If Zane can remain injury free I think he will suprised a few people. He is a massive human with aggression.
He needs to learn how to channel that aggression, without getting disturb suspended or giving away dumb penalties.

Club have really high hopes for Musgrove and rate him. Believe he can become a dominant force. I suppose my question is whether this can be done consistently?

The club has stood by him for a long time, now it's time for him to re-pay the debt.

Now I've heard it all. Just heard Buzz on Sky Sports Radio saying that every club cheats the cap, except Parra are squeaky clean and are now paying the price in losing players. This is the same bloke that kept saying throughout the year (NRL 360) that players were taking less to stay at Clubs like the Roosters to play for a winning club. It's true the correlation between too much alcohol and diminished brain cells.

Least he didn’t say every club except the Sharks.

That's what he meant to say, just too drunk to be able to do it.

We have Musgrove for another 2 years so I'm hoping him dropping out of favour is all to do with his injury rather than a lack of intent or desire. Hopefully he can find his form and fitness and bring some mongrel to our prop rotation.I believe he's capable of doing a job for us if his head is in the right place.

I think he has 3 more years on his contract.

This would normally be of some concern to the Bulldogs with their biggest financial supporter being seen with such a significant figure from a rival club.
It turns out Laundy has been a long-time Wests Tigers supporter.
He has also struck up a recent friendship with Sheens.
