He’s 100% going to the Roosters, no doubt about it.

Yeah no chance tigers. Said how good it was that coaches want him - Bells Bennett and Robinson - didn’t mention Sheens/Maguire. Tigers was the first one that came to mind though so we can always hope.

Our only advantage is by through Madge's Kiwi connection.
Otherwise we'd need a special miracle for it to happen.

No Chance ... He didn't even mention Madge as a top coach he was excited about.

I mean to be fair he only just got word / contact that more clubs jumped into the race, so it makes sense that he wouldn’t mention Madge yet.

Pretty sure awhile ago he did mention he had a good relationship with Madge.

It is a very very VERY slim chance we would sign Brandon Smith of course we would take him but it is slim if we were able to pull this off it would be because of Sheens and Madge they would be the driving factor maybe Benji might have a word with him too if possible but I reckon Sheens and Madge would be the reason behind it IF we’re able to pull it off he has been coached by Madge for NZ and did say he liked being coached by him that’s one factor we have and Sheens has already shown some power with signing Papali’I and let’s be honest a lot of people said we weren’t getting him on here and other platforms yet we somehow managed to get it done there’s only 2 things we can do and that is make him an offer and hope that’s it at least they aren’t just sitting back and not trying I’m pleased they are at least showing interest let’s see what happens and hopefully they find a way to get it done I think a lot more people felt a little more confident after we signed Papali’I so let’s just see how it unfolds good luck Tigers hope you can pull this one off as well

But also in saying that moths ago we were weaker back then Sheens wasn’t at the club yet and we didn’t have Papali’I signed either things are slowly turning like I said it is very slim that we get him but we are starting to try and build for at least 23 and that’s what Sheens wants if by a miracle we did that’s one way to get the ball rolling for 23 signing Dylan Brown wouldn’t add to the change that Sheens and the fans want it would just be another average signing at best not a big one

Be smarter than that man, Brown was super ordinary last year (Bar maybe 2 games)
he's getting paid too much now, And would only be looking for more....
He was well rated a couple years back - Barely hear whispers on him anymore.
He's the next Corey Norman for mine, Just happy to have a gig.... No real drive.

Madge has already proven he can’t attract players

Its not the coach that signs players to the club yes some players have gone to certain clubs because of the coach but he’s not involved in negotiations otherwise why would we need a head of recruitment in the first place if the coach was the one responsible to bring them over? That’s what Hartigan got sacked we all know the names that passed us when he was in charge of recruiting but anyway in Smiths case he has been coached by Madge for the NZ team and said he liked being coached by him and if he is being genuine in saying that it might help us snare him over to us that’s all and having Sheens back might help since he’s the only guy that’s given us a premiership and played finals footy whichever club gets Smith even if he doesn’t sign with the Roosters that’ll attract other talent to them I think we can both agree on that we have made a good start by signing Papali’I that might help some others wanting to come possibly maybe not the big big names but its something and like I said I wouldn’t hate signing Brown if we did but its not gonna attract other talent to come here for 23 all it takes is one massive signing to get that ball rolling that’s why Bulldogs got so many players sure they overspent but signing one big name has attracted others to go there and eventually we have to do the same and if we did sign Smith that would get it rolling but it is slim

Pretty sickening to listen to isn’t it, although they live and breathe it and the players are star struck.

Players don't care about fans just shows how rare players like robbie farah were.

Smith actually mentioned us as a negative said Harry Grant said Tigers are not as close nit as Melbourne because Tiger players "live far away" shows the playing group are distant to each other which shows in the field.
