Just watching a replay of some of Tiger Town - in particular the game we lost against Souths in the dying seconds. I really hope the new recruits and young players take on some of the passion and desire as shown by Adam Douhie (sorry about the spelling Adam). That bloke tries his guts out and is distressed when he loses. If all the players take his attitude into games in 2022, we will do well.

If we're going to be a successful team... AD is #6, the captain and very much locked up for the future with a team structured around his strengths- much like they've tried to do for Brooks for all these years.


Not sure if he is a centre or 6 but do know (once fit) he should be Captain.

Matches Farah for pride and passion.

I don’t disagree, but don’t feel Farah was particularly suited to captain - or very well liked by the officials…
That passion made him abrasive in his approach, and I feel it affected the calls we got on the field…
I worry AD might go the same way…

Farah was a great captain...

He's a true competitor.
He would be filthy if we lost.
Not shaking hands and having a laugh with the opposition.

Played his guts out.

Oath we were lucky to have him, ultimate competitor and tough as they come.

it was easier to watch the second time. The first time filled me with nightmares. I guess this time I wanted to see if I could pick up anything new - such as what I found with AD.

Hill had signed with Mackay a week after those 2 were sacked and the meeting “postponed” now that Scolari has done his knee and is out for the season, the club have made contact with Mackay to release Hill back to Tigers pending his current contract. The club have admitted they dropped the ball with Hill and are putting an offer together.
Hill has a clause in his contract that allows him to return to an NRL club at any time.
Tigers now have the Cowboys chasing Hill, I heard that the coach at Cowboys rates Hill and isn’t at all surprised they treated him the way they did.

Hill was studying and working, his TEA from the club covered the study. At no point did he ask the club to find him work, the only issue he had was the club paying the TEA to him.

He’s fully qualified in Disability Support and is now studying to become a Physio.
