I would settle for 9th this season 2022.

It would be a massive over achievement. It would probably save Madge’s job. Though, I still don’t know how a coach survives 4 seasons at a club with no finals. I guess it shows how low the bar is at our club.

I think you answered your own question here. 9th is an over achievement now **and if anything we are looking stronger this year than the last couple of years.**

Idk about that. Dare I call it wishful thinking. One of our best players is missing for at least 12 weeks and our only recruits are 2 SL stars, one unproven as an NRL player, the other untested, and Tyrone Peachy, who had no contract anywhere else. And before anyone wants to jump down my throat, let me balance this negativity out by saying I believe we are on track for a really good season in ‘23. If we can snare a classy centre, it would be the final piece of the puzzle that makes us serious top 8 contenders.

Still need edge forwards....
Problem with a centre is - If the halves fire, Where's Doueihi come back to?

I disagree. We have the structures in place to support a younger coach. The loss of Maguire would not be detrimental to the club's forward progress.

You seem to have a serious mental problem. The only cure that I can see is for you to follow some other team. It would help you and it would certainly help the real WT's fans.

I was a massive advocate for buggering off madge but now that Sheens is back, I'm happy to keep him. Still think if he has a terrible first half of the year he'll be gone.
Few guys on here in the know @Demps seem to rate Gardiner? I think it is.
More than happy for him to take over. Seems to be involved with all the promising juniors

This is pretty funny because it's pre-season. I was going to add that when we signed BJ and JTJ we looked a lot better as well. They just didn't perform.

We should be a little skeptical. Hastings and Gildart have to prove themselves in the NRL.

Still leaves us with one edge short (Especially if Garner goes - With Luch going)
If you move Ice from lock - Then we're also short there....
