If Farah and Benji take up spots 25 and 26 with the 3 development players also taking up spots that only leave 4 spots to bolster the squad…

I don't think that's enough...Garner looks to have made the most of his opportunity so that helps...but outside backs and impact off the bench is still way too light..

I think Benji is just about done...Farah I think will be looking to go around again but if he doesn't another hooker needs to be found...

It's a juggling act..

If those 4 spots were filled with a top notch mongrel front rower, a classy wide running hard hitting SR, a classy quick centre and a very fast tall top notch finishing winger - then i'd be happy - good luck with that Ivan.

Yeah I agree with that..lets go out the back and shake the top notch mongrel front rower, a classy wide running hard hitting SR, a classy quick centre and a very fast tall top notch finishing winger trees and see what falls out..

Hmmm of the off-contract current NRL players, I’d look at:

Top notch mongrel front rower - Lodge / Hetherington

Classy wide running hard hitting SR - Pangai-Junior / Lane

Classy quick centre - Rona / Kelly

Very fast tall top notch finishing winger - Oates

Lane has already signed with the Eels.
Lodge has already re-signed with the Broncos.
TPJ has already reached an agreement with the Broncos.
Brian Kelly signed a 3 year deal with Manly that started in 2017 (it says so on his player manager's website) so I don't think we can get him unless Manly are prepared to let him go.
Rona is contracted to Rugby Union and has stayed this long to get a run in the World Cup so he's probably not going to go now.

Leilua and Rapana are two of the biggest peanuts running around . It’s a no from me.

Rapana is the best right winger in the game, BJ whilst being a tool is a very destructive centre, why would we need them :crazy

We need more tools !

We’ve had plenty in the past … didn’t seem to work out too well for us.

They have a coach that kicks chairs on the sideline…no wonder theyre loose

A cool, measured yet firm coach is what they need.

That said we wont get them even if theyre OC

Every bus needs a tool box.

If the rumours are to be believed.. Raiders have been shopping Leilua for awhile now.

I'd like Rapana at our club and I have never heard of any off field incidents with him.

I rate the winger for the dragons Jordan Pereira, he’s been playing really well since Nene Macdonald went out injured and from what I can see he’s off contract at the end of this season. Can also play centre, 182cm tall, 97kg’s, does well coming out of their own end and can finish a play.

No thx he looks so confused

Fair enough. I was going off the contract list on zero tackle and hitch is obviously not up to date. Ta

From the Mole…..

Knights fume after Tigers pinch rookie
Wests Tigers are poised to pinch one of the best players in the Knights junior system.
NSW under 18s and Australian Schoolboys five-eighth Jock Madden has apparently agreed to join the Tigers in 2019 - and Newcastle are not happy.
The Knights have been grooming the boom youngster in the Jersey Flegg competition this year and had plans to put him in the NRL squad over the summer.
But the Tigers snuck under their guard and Madden is one for the little black books for years to come.

That sounds promising as I have heard of this guy and apparently he is a gun. but we all know that sometimes they just don't come on when they get to first grade. lets hope this one does.

If the reports on NRL 360 are true piss Ivan Cleary off now and drop talks with NC….

And go straight and hard for Cameron Munster!

Apparently testing out his market and Melbourne aren’t able to spend big bucks

If you ask me Munster is a better player than NC as we speak! Down the track NC might catch him tho!

Munster and Brooks

6 - Cameron Munster
7 - Luke Brooks

Sounds very good too me
