Melb rate him and would take him back… they currently have Grant Anderson/Will Warbrick playing starting wing. Nofa gives them a big improvement imo.

Pezet isn’t getting any game time under Hughes and Munster. If we needed too you could throw a seyfarth too, they really rate players like him who work hard.

I reckon this would be unreal. I just can't see how any club would be that stupid.

Be good if it happened but would surprise me if it did from what I was told.

On SEN the other morning one of the journos was saying Pezet wasn’t interested in leaving Melbourne. Apparently he’s very diligent and wants to learn from the best. Told his manager to not even mention to him offers from any other clubs when he was last off contract. Sounds like we won’t be getting him any time soon.

Will Warbrick has great physical attributes for the modern day winger. I reckon he could be a very good player in time.
 
If I'm head of recruitment, focus on:

- RTS for fullback (experience, can play 'front foot' footy & backup Api up the middle, mentor Bula, marquee signing important for Club marketing)
- Bula into top 30 (wing, with focus on replacing RTS at fb when he retires)
- Sezer for halfback (experienced, still got a good 2-3 seasons in him, controlling halfback)

Then for 5/8, we see how Wakeham, Doeuhi, Brooks progress this season, & recruit/promote a young gun Joseph O'Neill, Oliver Lawry, Ethan Sanders.

Could always ask the question… he got a sniff of NRL just recently and looked like he belonged I doubt he’ll wanna be patient enough to not play FG esp when you’re behind Munster and Hughes when there’s a starting 7 NRL opportunity waiting for you

I see both points tho

I like starting Bula off on the wing. He’s an amazing athlete. But his footy nous/understanding is really lacking imo. It’s hard to pick that up, people tend to have it or not, and he’s had such a limited league background I wonder if he’ll ever get the requisite mental part of the game to an elite level.
