It’s all speculation at this stage but Joe O before Seibold got there was an origin player and usually averaged over 120 metres a game. Taller, heavier and stronger than Aloai.

Curtis Sironen again is a much bigger version of Garner and has learnt how to tackle. Injuries a concern but it’s a double upgrade if it happens subject to salary.

Realistically with the money set aside for Grant and JAC could we go after Crighton from Easts. I thought he was one of the best for NSW and he is a quality Second Rower which we need.

Caveat: I can see Cordner force to retire freeing up his money to keep Crighton.
Lindsey Collins looks a good player but Easts don't lose players they want to keep.

What's people's thoughts on Billy Magoulias and/or Scott Sorensen. Both off contract at Sharks?

Fair enough the whole broncos bar staggs stunk this season but he stunk more. Also signing him shouldn’t have us release Aloai just like that , manly want to sign him so we should be receiving compensation from manly

Joe O is a pretty loose unit, has had a number of off field dramas. Good player though!

If true we're really putting together a band of misfits. Madge will be busy.

From what I've heard of him, is that he's not like the typical broncos player and pretty low key. Used to see regular news stories about his young wife's cancer battle being his priority (off the field).

I didn’t know that about him at all, very sad. I had only known about his dui’s etc as it was reported pretty widely at the time.

Had some shockers this year. One game I watched I swear he dropped the ball 3 times and fell off tackles everywhere. Gave his team no chance. And not sure it got any better from then.

Seibold was terrible at managing his bench and more importantly how his props play. I would also back Madge.

I wouldn’t get too ahead of ourselves - our potential spine is yet to play together and some of our backs are known for leaking a lot of points. Still a lot of question marks. I’ll make a judgement when the season is over.

I hope that Diane Laurie doesn’t start kicking stones and carrying on like a pork chop like MM, RM and JA.
That both clubs can work professional together to arrange a release for 2021.
We don’t need to act like Manly or Parra.

We need Dane Laurie to agitate for an early release and that’s our fullback solution sorted for next season .. great kid without all the baggage that JAC brings.

So you would be happy for our new recruit to carry on like JA and make a fool of himself.
WT are trying to become a more professional club and we don’t want to act like Manly or Parra, go onto the Storm website and read the last paragraph in the JAC article it states how professional WT were in the negotiations.

Best of all, they are all reportedly on good deals without the clubs paying overs. I have to give it to the club, they said they won’t fall into the trap of paying overs ever again and so far the recruitment team have stuck to it.

I’d start to get excited to see Brooks play off some go forward. Tamou, Big Joe, Stefano and Curtis would get us rolling with LL picking his times.

The whole team was awful. No one wanted to be there with Seibold coaching. He’d be a good signing for us.
